Who in the organization wears the CrisisAlert badge?

Every member of your organization will receive a CrisisAlert badge. This promotes a culture of safety in healthcare and ensures compliance. 

Does this badge work outside the building?

Yes, CrisisAlert works everywhere on your campusindoors and outdoors. This includes parking lots, garages, and stairwells. 

Do badges need to be frequently recharged?

No, each badge has a year plus of battery life under normal use conditions. They don’t need to be charged daily, weekly, etc. 

Will the same badge work in other facilities within my organization?

CrisisAlert will work anywhere on your campus, indoors and out, and building to building. If an employee travels to another location that also uses CrisisAlert, their badge will also work there. 

Do I need Wi-Fi or cell service to request help?

No. Because our badges are powered by their own private LoRaWAN Bluetooth networks, cell service and Wi-Fi are never required to send an alert.
